This device is excellent and great service from the seller, they are always available to answer any questions, I contacted the seller for assistance to set up and a few other questions and on my first phone call Robert answered. I am from the Caribbean Island and this device pick up signal so quickly on the Island and you do not need a local SIM card which is really great, the Data rates are VERY VERY GOOD, I wish I could have given 10 STARS. I will be taking a plan for year as it is very economical.

Sapphire has cheaper plans, and works better. Would recommend google fi overall.

The Unit worked fine During my Trade Shows in US. When I took the We.Stream to Travel overseas , the Additional Local Sim Card did not work .It offers two additional Sim compartment. It did not pick the New Card.

I have had my We.Stream for 3 years and love it. I have used it all over the world; throughout Europe, the Mediterranean, Israel, Jordan, Australia, New Zealand, South American, and all over Canada and the US. It has always connected and provided internet when nothing else was available. People mention that the plans are expensive, but all plans for devices like this are expensive. What I can tell you is I have not had one second of problems with We.Stream so it is worth every cent for someone like me who travels a lot and have to stay connected for work.

I spent hours trying to get multiple carriers' SIM cards to work in this device to no avail. Giving up and requesting a return. We.Stream customer service was difficult to get a hold of as they are based internationally, and the carriers' customer service representatives all indicated that this device was not compatible. Fair warning - if you are buying this device with the intention of using a SIM card (I tried with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Mint Mobile), expect a frustrating experience... make sure you are willing to purchase service from We.Stream directly as that is all I was able to get to work, and it's much more expensive.

We love it! First time we had a similar device from a rental company and after a great experience we decided to buy. It has great battery life and we love to be able to buy additional data right from the device. Only minus - would be nice if it came with a usb to usb cable to charge it in the car!

This is first-rate equipment. The interface with We Stream setting up the coverage was flawless. So far the unit has performed everywhere I have used it in the USA. I will test in ENGLAND in a few weeks.

The WiFi from the manufacturer is expensive
