excellent quality, durable, tough. Great trauma kit pouch, the contents list is in review
I'm very pleased with just how good this IFAK pouch is. As you can see I've set it up to contain a trauma kit. I like the layout of this pouch, it works pretty well with a good array of locations to set it up to your own requirements. The only aspect I don't like is the elasticated strapping inside are all a standard size. It would be perfect if there was a wider loop. I wanted to store a large dressing alongside two medium dressings but the large doesn't fit through a loop. However, they do fit a number of other items and keep them secure and in situ. The quality is extremely high, it's undoubtedly premium. Finished to a very high standard. The fabric is heavy duty and tough. The stitching is flawless, neat and strong. The zips run smoothly and are aided by excellently design zip pulls. The elastic is thick and strong and the toggles for securing the TQ are also high grade, strong plastic. The netting for the internal pouch is tough. The whole pouch has clearly been manufactured to a very high spec. It's a perfect size for an IFAK and I've fitted in the following items; CAT TQ, trauma shears, permanent marker, 1 15cmx18cm trauma dressing, 1 lrg dressing, 2 med dressing, 50ml burns gel, 5ml superglue, 1x vinyl gloves, 20ml sterile water vial, 1 celox haemostatic granules applicator, 2 lrg / 3 med / 3 sml adhesive wound dressing, 1 vented chest seal, numerous gauze, numerous plasters, wound closure strips, 5 sterile alco wipes and pain. I could probably fit a bit more in too, I'd say it's not quite at capacity.

Expensive but extremely well made and could be utilised in many different ways.
For the price of the product compared to the size of it, I was pretty sceptical. And to be honest 'Excellent Elite Spanker' isn't the best of names for military / tactical gear. But forget about the name and this is a great MOLLE pouch (MOLLE stands for 'Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment). It's advertised as a medics pouch, and I can see it would work exceptionally well as one. There is a removable pouch / pocket inside which is zippered mesh on one side and solid on the other side with criss-crossed webbing / shock cord. The manufacturers photo's give a good idea of how this pack could be utilised. All in all it's a well constructed and well thought out tactical pouch, which could have a hundred different uses. In my head I saw it as an easily accessible and sturdy belt pouch to carry my drone in when I'm out hiking and wildcamping. My DJI Mini 2 fits inside like it was made to measure, both the drone and the controller. The zippered interior pocket will store the battery and spare propellers. I can store my phone in the front as well. The materials used feel strong, durable and robust, it's really well made. The velcro panels have excellent grip and the belt loops on the rear are chunky and feel solid. Stitching looks great, nice and tidy with no loose ends. The zips used are YKK, and they run nice and smooth. It's a great MOLLE pouch, expensive, but I'm pretty confident it's going to last me a very long time.I'll report back after a few months of use.

Really nice quality.
This is well-made and has plenty of storage. It can be worn looped on a belt. It has 2 zipped pockets and 1 zipped detachable pouch. It also has 4 elasticated sections for holding scissors etc and in addition, 8 smaller elasticated sections. It also has adjustable, elasticated drawstrings at the bottom of the bag to hold a torch or similar item. An excellent item for holding a first aid kit, either to leave in the car or when out hiking.

A tough bag but
The bag is quite well constructed. It has a lot of webbing for attaching things you may need to and the velcro is strong. Thankfully you can detach the "Spanker" logo so you don't need to have this displayed continuously. There are options for putting things in pockets, one zip pocket inside and an additional zip pocket that attaches via velcro. There is another zip pocket on the front velcro front flap. The material is quite stiff but it is not padded so only limited protection for sensitive items. There is no strap provided which is a shame but you can adapt a strap you may have to fit the webbing so you can put it on your shoulder or around your neck.Where this product seems to fall down is the price for what you get. It is not cheap and for a similar amount you could get a decent backpack which would be much more useful. There are also other bags of a similar size that could offer more storage options at a lower price. On a plus side for men it is quite masculine and if you need a small "manbag" for carrying various stuff this might be the one for you. Its hard to rate this as there are + and - , the main minus being the cost. I will give it 4 stars with a caution that you may be able to get more for the price elsewhere.

Sturdy - well made and can pack a lot of things
This is a great case - it is pretty sturdy and fits a lot of items inside. i've used it on my tracking trousers when on camping trip recently and it performed very well in heavy rain - all items inside remained dry. Clearly - it can be used for other things than first aid and it has a lot of attachments and pockets etc.Overall a really good quality case for multiple uses.
