You will not be disappointed!!!! Order them!!
I recently was diagnosed with venous insufficiency. I met with a specialist and before I began my procedures he recommended I start wearing compression stockings 20-30 mmhg. I did a lot of research and decided leggings would fit my lifestyle best. I ordered a few different brands. Immediately these were my favorite. They are dark and tight. They have a basket type design. They look like leggings. They are super thick! I often wear these for 24 hours at a time. Yes, they are that comfortable! They are very tight and found the secret to putting them on. Wear latex gloves like what doctors use. I am 5 ft 6 and weigh 150 pounds but my legs are huge. Account to sizing I got the XL. I have a little extra room in length so sometimes I pull them down half of my foot and sometimes I pull them to my ankle. There is a interior panty which is nice since it’s too uncomfortable for me to wear undies under them. They are also thin enough so that I can wear them under pants, jeans or yoga pants. Ideally I would prefer to not to have to wear support leggings but if I have to, they have a customer for life! I would love to see other fun colors available or even patterns if that’s possible.

Quality and Compression worth the purchase!
I purchased two pair of leggings from two different suppliers. This pair is thick and the compression was great. When I wore the other pair while waiting for these to arrive, my legs hurt when I took off the leggings. I wore the Terramed and my legs felt good when I took them off. I followed the guide but they are too long but workable. They are difficult to put on and the panty was annoying so I cut it out. I live in Texas where it is hot and humid and kinda dreading summertime because they are so thick. Hope they will be cool!

deffinately a legging and not hose, that's what I wanted
I'm glad these have compression but they are a little tight. Be sure and measure your body and buy appropriately. I ordered what I would normally wear and they were a little too small. I'm making them work. Not a lot of stretch in these and maybe that's why they are had to get on but the compression is exactly what I need. I wish there were compression legging that came if cool artistic patterns, don't you?

Not 20-30mmHg
I wear compression socks/lower extremity garments every day. I am always on the lookout for another option, so when I saw these were made in America, reasonable priced and the compression level I needed: I thought I had hit the jackpot. I did not. They were awful. I used the size chart provided and picked the size recommended. It was the weirdest combinations of a bad fit ever. The leggings went on easily (bad sign at this level of compression). This was in combination with the waistband and the ankle hem digging into my skin. Weird. At the top of my thighs, there was excess material bunched up. I know sometimes with compression wear you need to adjust the material a couple times to have it fit correctly but never found an adjustment of the material that didn't equal a significant amount of material being bunched up.The calf area felt like it had a bit of compression. Similar to what a 8-15 mmHg feels like, no compression was felt at the thigh level. The control waist was effective and comfortable. (with the exception of the already mentioned waistband itself)Obviously, based on the many positive reviews, my experience is not the norm. For reference, my inseam to the floor is 33 inches and to my ankle is 31 inches. I am 5'10" with enough weight that an XL is appropriate in most brands.I hope this helps others decide if this is the right compression wear for them.

if you normally wearing size L, then get XL
I love this compression leggings! I have issues with my blood vessels whic is varicose veins, and I very often get pain in my legs specially in the evenings. Wearing this leggings this 2 days, I didn’t have no pain. I also did try to exercise in them, they feel great, what is interesting is my knees aren’t paining anymore too while I’m exersising in this leggings. Now my mom had a treatment last year for her varicose veins on her legs, and she had to wear some similar leggings and walk all day wearing them. I let her try my new compression leggings, and she was amazed that they feel great on her legs, she said I wish I knew this brand when I’ve done my treatment. So I think I’ll be ordering more, as I need spare pare for my days that I exercise. I would only suggest to get size up, let’s say if you are wearing size M, then get L for sure. Let’s not forget those are medical leggings, and might be super tight. It’s hard to put them on, but once they are on, legs feel great. They must be tight, as I remember my mom’s leggings were very tight too, otherwise they won’t really help you with your problems.

These fit way looser than previous pair in this style
Confused by sizing. I bought a pair of these during my 2018 pregnancy and I got size large based if size chart. They were always super tight and uncomfortable. I'm now pregnant again and dealing with even more varicose veins so wanted a new pair, the size chart and review seemed to have changed so I got a large again. I'm 5'7 160 lbs at 15 weeks. Size 6 normally. They arrived and they looked exactly same size as my old ones so I didn't even try them on and ordered an xlarge. Got those today and tried them on and they are way too big. Too stretchy to provide compression, waist band goes up to my bra. So then I decided I better try on the new large pair and they do actually fit and may be a little big. Can't decide if I'm keeping them as not sure they will give enough compression. I need a good pair for going on a road trip. I just wish I could find the right fit.

I did not receive correct product twice
The item has 2 different descriptions, 1 is the high top compression, the other is a maternity legging. I wanted the high top but received maternity leggings instead that have a cut away top
