This pillow is amazing. I had neck surgery and since using I have not woke up with a sore neck. You can sleep on your sides or back - it is comfortable regardless. It is well made, there is a cover you can take off and wash. No need to worry about purchasing a pillowcase.

It really is a weird shape. I just couldn’t find the position to be comfortable. It is still amazing me how they can compress the foam for packaging bit yet when it expands it is now very firm .

I’m loving my new pillow. It has been the best money I have spent on an item. I’m a reader and love that this pillow gives me good support. It stays firm. It’s a good size pillow. It gives good support for your shoulders and neck. It doesn’t weigh too much and it is thick. It doesn’t make you hot at night when you’re asleep or when you’re just reading. I love that you can use it so many different ways. I have even used it to hold my laptop when I’m working.

Just awful. I hated everything about this pillow and I can’t understand the positive reviews. There is no way to use it so that it is comfortable. Not only that, but the button at the base pokes into your back. Totally unusable!! I would return it but my cat likes it as an armchair. I had to cut out the button and see a patch over it, because even my cat found the button very uncomfortable and he tried to remove it which got fluff everywhere and he almost swallowed it and choked. So I wouldn’t even recommend it as a cat armchair. DO NOT BUY.
