Nice looking faucet that we got for a new sink in July of 2023. Worked fine for less than a year, when the finish began flaking off of the faucet head. Was replaced quickly under warranty, excellent support. Then, we noticed calcium buildups around the base of the stem, which when cleaned revealed deep pitting of the metal. The same is happening with the end of the faucet head, which is also now leaking from the water flow switch after using in spray mode. The decorative washer when the unit attaches to the sink is rapidly losing its finish, going from black to metal. Overall, while nice looking, and good operation, the finish and wear resistance is not what I would expect of a product of this purported quality.
