Excellent product. On days I'm sprinting, I take it as a pre-workout to prevent muscle breakdown. I feel the difference when sprinting. It's almost like I can run harder for longer. On days I lift weights, I take it as a post workout for faster recovery. I also take it between lunch and dinner on non-workout days for better recovery.
