These did the job, didn't move when used all day

Bought the smallest size (Women's UK 2-4) and they are too small – specifically, too narrow. Maybe they would fit a Chinese lady's foot, but they're no good for a typical European foot – which isn't necessarily narrow just because it's short. But my main complaint is that these are clearly just cut down from a larger size (I couldn't see any cut marks available to make them shorter still, and they certainly don't need it!) – so the raised part that's supposed to support your arch is too far forward, extending uncomfortably under the ball of your foot. Also agree with others who say that they are generally too soft and don't give the height of heel lift claimed.

Die Einlagen sind super um sich, je nach gewählter Höhe der Einlagen, ein paar Zentimeter größer zu machen. Auf die Schuhgröße passen Sie in der gewählten Größe genau rein. Sie sind einfach einzulegen und sind wirklich sehr bequem und stören im Schuh zum Glück gar nicht. Ich trage Sie in meinen Motorradstiefeln, da mir die Einlagen mit meiner geringen Körpergröße dort echt ein paar wichtige Zentimeter gut machen. Ich kann sie wirklich nur empfehlen.

Für normale Schuhe ist die Sohle immer noch zu hoch, sodass man leicht mit der Hacke aus dem Schuh herausrutscht. Die Qualität der Sohle war jedoch gut.
