Great for use on skid steer loaders
I am using this item on a Mustang skid steer. Works great. Wired both the red and green wire to an ignition hot. Turns right on with the key and off when the key is turned off. Picture quality is not as clear as I would have hoped and the color is not accurate but all in all will do a very nice job keeping me from backing over anything.

Great 2 Camera System
I really like the 2 camera setup. I installed them on a 2000 F350 flatbed I built. I have 1 positioned on my headache rack facing my gooseneck and 1 on my skirt facing my receiver hitch. They work great! It took me some time to conceal the wires because of the length of the wiring. Very pleased with the cameras and the quality!

Great customer service
Customer service is top notch. I had some lines in my screen and coolwoo sent me a new monitor immediately to resolve the issue. Still had lines so he sent me a full new kit. After trying the new kit the lines were due to low voltage electrical issue on my houseboat. Absolutely nothing to do with the monitors. Would buy from them again and this camera is awesome and definitely serves its purpose for me

Installed it on my trailer
I installed this on the back of a Coachmen Freedom Express 233 RBS trailer that I tow with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel. Because the Jeep doesn't have extending side mirrors, towing can be nerve wracking. I tried mirror extenders, but didn't find a set I liked. With this camera installed and wired to be on all the time, it solves the issue. Now I can see what's behind me, and it's also helps when I'm backing in tight areas. The only modification I made was to solder in a 4 prong inline aviation plug at the end of the trailer's lead so I can connect it to the Jeep, which has the matching male end. The picture is clear and crisp, and the installation was easy but time consuming. I ran the cable down inside the rear wall and wire tied it to the chassis and into the trailer pigtail. When I hook up the trailer, I also connect the 4 pin plug, and I'm set to go. This is a great system.

Cameras get moisture in them within weeks of installation
I purchased this with two cameras I only used one but I figured I would have a spare well each camera only lasted about 6 weeks moisture gets into camera causing it to block the lens and finally leading to not working at all i had to buy a different model camera that had same 4 pin plug completely different design having a separate glass over the camera works much better so this camera setup is a waste of money because it simply does not last

It’s functional it best
The camera works fine although vehicles appear much for the back that they really are. I find it near dusk the colors on the monitor are very faded, everything looks pink. The biggest drawback is that the remote control never worked at all from the very beginning. To their credit Coolwoo contacted me and stood behind their product. Not many companies would do that. I use the back camera all the time to ensure I don’t hit someone or something. Would I but it again? Yes

Works REALLY well, super pleased with it.
We converted an old, retired schoolbus into a camper, and have no way to see behind it for parking or even decent rear view. Got this specific camera because it didn't have the parking lines in the field of view. Mounted it high on the rear over the back door and angled it so I can see just the edge of the rear bumper. This gives a wide enough field of view to use as a rear view and parking assist. The cable it came with was more than adequate in length to reach from the drivers cockpit to the rear of a 40 foot bus. I routed the cable without worrying I'd come up short. Picture is very clear, good resolution and color response. Works great at night as well. I don't have the second camera mounted yet, however, if you do connect the second one, it's very simple to switch views. Wiring was straight forward, all the connectors are tight and had no issues in torrential rain, so the camera is indeed water tight. Overall, this was a fantastic setup and exceeds my expectations for this price point. Definitely worth it!

Appears to be of descent quality for the price
First off, my 4-star rating will stand until I've had an opportunity to actually put it use. I just finished installation today & my only regret is I didn't wait and purchase it on July 16th...... I'd have saved $30 !!!!I purchased the CW-1-1 model ( 1-camera) & installed it on my slide in truck camper. This is my second back-up camera so I had some experience with not only how to install it but how I wanted it to work. I DID NOT want it connected to the "reverse" power supply. I wanted a constant power source that could be turned on & off at will. I purchased the "ONLINE LED STORE 10Ft 12 VDC 10A Heavy Duty Cigarette Lighter Adapter (On/Off Switch + POSITIVE TRIGGERED Momentary Switch)" & an additional length of video cable from "eRapta", both sellers here on Amazon. I highly recommend the switch be purchased from the above seller since reviews for other switches here on Amazon indicated a loose fitting to the 12 volt receptacle & this one is very tight fitting. Also, if you need to cut and splice any cables as I have, use caution when stripping the wires & use heat shrink wire connectors. The connectors I already had & they are much easier than crimping the small wires used with this type of 4-pin video cable. With this method of installation I can turn the camera system on & off as needed. I sometimes like to have it on when driving down the highway & wish to see whats going on behind me. ( just making sure my boat is still there )
