I'm giving this a one star simply for the fact that I purchased these with the intention to wear them. Unlike the other pair I bought which I used on a mannequin. The process of putting the dreads in your hair is the same, and I honestly like the beads that came with these better than the last set I bought online. However, they're itchy in your head and very stiff. I suppose I could soak them in some warm water with conditioner, but I shouldn't have to do that to something that is in that bad of condition to start with.They work great on my manequin but not so well on a real person's head.

So I ordered this hair twice ! The first time I got the right package the color and length I wanted , the first time was a sample packet and I loved it. The second time the hair did not match . I ended up installing it last night any way cause they said it was too much trouble to return. Anyway long story short customer service was great they told me keep the hair and they will refund me half the money plus send two more packages color of my choice !! 5starrs cause the hair it self is great good quality just a little too stiff. Sock in hot water and a little conditioning will solve that problem!
