Is the quink the same as the navigator?

I personally don't know about the navigator, but I didn't like this refill. One it runs out if ink fast and it smears. I wouldn't buy it again.

Will this work in a Sonnet rollerball?

parker refills goes with parker pens. Can’t answer your question.
