We purchased a set of three counter top stools and while they look amazing and fit our space aesthetically, that’s sadly where the positives end. The backests are extremely loose with no access to any screws or hardware to tighten them. As we sit, random screws literally fall out of the chairs — it’s both bizarre and frustrating. On top of that, the footrests have repeatedly busted off. We’ve tried repositioning and being gentle with them, but they just aren’t built to last. At this point, we no longer trust these stools to hold any weight and have stopped using them altogether. They’ve basically become decorative pieces, which is really disappointing given the price and our initial excitement. Definitely not recommended unless you’re only going for looks and don’t plan to actually use them.

They’re cute! They were affordable for buying 3 chairs. Building the first chair took me a while and a video later but the next two went super quick. They’re sturdy and comfortable!

The chairs are comfortable but the biggest issue is that the wood bores out to easily and screws are falling out. During set up, I noticed it was very easy to over tighten. So made sure not to do that but after three weeks of “light use”. The support system is falling off of these chairs. Having to use wood glue now.

Don’t waste your money on this product. I bought this set of 3 chairs, and one of them arrived with the wrong setup right out of the box. After barely a month of almost never being used, the chairs are already falling apart. The build quality is extremely poor, and it’s obvious they’re not made to last. I regret buying this and strongly believe it shouldn’t even be sold on Amazon. Save your money and avoid the hassle—I want a refund.

The video is deceiving. The wood foundation is cheaply made. The screws don’t fit properly into the wood. A set of three came together and I can only use one stool. I have to get liquid nails to hopefully keep the base of the chair together. Contacted the company and they said, they don’t ship to Alaska and will not send another stool. The fabric is quality and style of the chair. I would advise do not buy the stools.

Don’t buy them! They’re terrible, awful quality —every time you sit down, a screw falls off!

I absolutely love this chair! It’s the perfect size for my island counter and fits just right. The design is beautiful, and it adds a nice touch to my space. Most importantly, it’s very cozy and comfortable to sit on. I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and functional chair!

Screws for chair fall out / become loose constantly. No matter how many times you tighten them, they will fall out. Terrible chairs.
