Great price, and excellent paper for any kind of pen including fountain pens

行きつけの料理屋さんやお取り寄せのリストを整理しようと思い購入しました。 購入の決め手は文庫本サイズで携帯に便利そうだったこと。ページ数が240頁と多目だったこと。用紙がトモエリバーだったこと。 筆記具はPILOTのフリクションを使用していますが、裏写りはありません。 トモエリバーは薄い紙ですが、手触りがとても良くページを繰るのが心地よい感触です。トモエリバーだと明確に意識して使用するのは初めての経験でしたが、手帳やアドレス帳の用紙として非常に優れたものだと満足しました。

こちらは順次、「トモエリバーS」に変わっていくと公式からお返事を貰っていますが、2024年2月Amazonで購入したA6サイズはまだ「トモエリバー」みたいです。パリパリではなく、ふかふかした感じです。 罫線が4色に分かれていて、最初のピンクの罫線は目が辛かった。それと、赤ペン使っても目立たなくなってしまって、ピンクの罫線部分はとても使いにくいです。 ほぼ日オリジナルサイズは、1日1ページの下の部分のお言葉でかなりスペースが取られてしまってるのが気になります。 たまに楽しいものもあるんですが、もう少し、減らしてくれないと記入しにくい。こちらは、まだトモエリバーだろうと思ったんですが、そこが耐えられず、2024年の3月は、これで1日1ページ＋メモ、にしてみます（2023年10月から2024年2月迄でdayfreeを2冊使いました）

I think this is original Tomoe River paper. The quality is good. It shows the characteristics of inks well.

紙が薄いがとても書きやすい

Great price for the A5 notebook filled with bleed-resistant Tomoe River grid paper. Meets all my needs: tiny grid size, super-light paper so there is minimal bulk, handles fountain pen inks like a champ, and a semi-hard cardboard cover that isn't heavy but still gives you some support when writing on uneven surfaces.

I got this not knowing it was made by Hobonichi and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It uses Tomoe River paper, takes well to fountain pens, and holds up really well in general. Great for any purpose really, whether that’s for a planner, journal, or just a commonplace book like how I use it. I personally put no expectations on the notebook and use it to jot down just about anything. I have a dedicated journal and planner so this is just a book that I can do whatever in. Sometimes it’s doodles other times it’s notes from phone calls and sometimes I’ll just write a single word on a page very small because I can. It has plenty of pages and space so you don’t have to treat it like it’s precious.

Be aware this is the notebook, it's plain graph paper but same quality you come to love and enjoy. My only problem was I thought it was A5 size but it's A6 size. I will keep and use but just want to make this clear for anyone else who would like to purchase that this is an A6, Graph Notebook.

its advertised that the midori a6 cover should fit this notebook, but it doesn't, it is a tad too small to fit
