使ってみたが、特に顎に効いてる感覚も無く。只、涎と口の中の不快感を味わうだけの繰り返しでした。口の中に入れても別に上下の顎に負荷がかかる訳でも無かったので、どうやったら鍛えられるのか謎でした。
