This works great in my stream sauna. I have it directly overhead. It's a very gentle spray. Some members of my family have said that the spray is not strong enough to beat the shampoo out of their hair. We have other spray heads in the shower so for those family members with super thick hair they just use something else. As for me it works very well to rinse my hair. The shower head works great and looks very nice in our shower. We're very happy with it.
