Im going to start by saying I'm a licensed cosmetologist. I bought 4 packs of hair and at least 2 of them appear to be synthetic. I did the burn test The hair is soooo dry and brittle. I use very well known expensive professional products on my hair only use low heat with heat protectant and the hair looks and feels like straw. They tangle very badly to almost a matted up mess just doing simple tasks around the house. I wanted to like these and with all the great reviews I was excited to try them but the are horrible and I completely wasted my money and wanted to save someone from doing the same

The hair was good quality, and even after repetitive washes and a few pieces being bleached/colored they stayed soft and untangled.

not virgin. rinsed out with water ONLY after applied. the extensions became curly and frizzy. hair is course, difficult to re-straighten. I suppose you get what you pay for. definitely would not buy again
