I purchased the New Posture Corrector by Leramed to help me with a shoulder impingement issue. Impingements like mine are most often caused by folks working on the computer. Our shoulders go forward 'rounding out.' The same happens if one bench presses weights or does lots of push ups but doesn't work the back muscles. All of this causes a shoulder issue that is often mistaken for rotator cuff problem. Ok, on to the product. It is very simple with adjustable cloth straps. It seems well made. I put mine on like a shirt, putting both hands/arms thru the straps, then tightening the Velcro straps down. Takes less than a minute once you get the hang of it. It says in the directions to limit it to 20 mins a day and gradually wear it more. I thought I could just wear it all day. Nope, your body isn't used to sitting straight, shoulders back, so I get sore. I wear it 3-4x a day for 20 mins or so. I am increasing gradually. This can be worn under clothes or over a light shirt (preferable for me since the straps go under the armpits.) I'm a big dude wearing a 3xl shirt & this adjusted out to fit me well. I see 2 different kinds being sold, 1 is more of a back brace & posture corrector. They have a support for the mid/lower back that go around the tummy plus the straps. I didn't need all that & it looked hot & uncomfortable. I picked the Leramed style & it is working well. I recommend.

This is not as as comfortable as I thought it was going to be, and it is hard to get into, but I think it’s helping. It kind of cuts into my skin a bit.

I’ve been using this posture corrector for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality and comfort. The materials feel durable, the stitching is strong, and it provides great support without digging into my shoulders or underarms. It gently pulls your shoulders back and encourages proper alignment without feeling too tight or restrictive. I wear it for short periods throughout the day, and I’ve already noticed less tension in my neck and upper back. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, and it’s discreet enough to wear under clothes. Definitely a great investment if you’re trying to improve your posture or relieve back strain from sitting too long.

I really wanted to like the LERAMED Posture Corrector, but it just didn’t work for me. I really tried to use this for a while and it just never really worked. The material feels cheap and not breathable, which made it uncomfortable to wear for more than 20 minutes. Despite the claims of being “ultra-soft” and “invisible under clothes,” I found it bulky and irritating, especially around the underarms. The adjustable straps are difficult to position correctly, and even when I got them set, the brace didn’t feel supportive—it just pulled awkwardly on my shoulders without actually improving my posture. I also noticed that it started to dig into my skin, leaving red marks after short use. For something marketed as a solution for neck and back pain, this felt more like a nuisance than a relief. I’ve used other posture correctors before, and this one just didn’t measure up. Definitely not worth the price.
