As shipped the case constantly pushed the buttons causing the tablet to try to reset. After using a blade to trim the inside of the rubber buttons back it works great. I also removed the blue screen cover attached. The inner plastic core still does not snap together properly, but the rubber outside holds it together enough that one can not tell from outside. I have dropped my tablet many times on cement etc and it is safe. The handle on the back is very nice. I am a door to door sales man and use my tablet constantly all day while walking around and the design is very ergonomic and worth putting up with assembly issues. When it eventually needs to be replaced, I will buy it again, but if I find the same thing by a different manufacturer I will try that.

THIS IS NOT A SHOCK PROOF CASE. You can tell that as soon as you open the box. I have a shock proof case for my phone and this is nothing like that. It is a nice, beefy case that will withstand your basic desk usage. I would not try to drop this unit and see if my tablet survives. Other than that, it's got a great swivel handle on the back for one handed operation. Under the handle is a kick stand that holds the case at the perfect viewing angle. It comes with a long strap that's great for carrying.

I love the handle on the back (it's the main reason I bought the case) as it makes carrying the case and not dropping my tablet much easier. Case is a bit on the heavy side, but not too bad. Biggest downside was the built in screen protector. The tablet has gorilla glass, so is really hard to scratch, and the screen protector made enough of a difference in responsiveness, that I wound up removing it. Overall though, very satisfied with the purchase.

Good product, strong and great protection. However.1- The kickstand is too short for standing the tab lengthwise (Portrait), but okay for widthwise (Landscape).2- The inner cover should have been a lighter color, it blend in with the black color of the tab and makes the two buttons hard to locate in low lighting conditions.

It’s a great product, however it very hard to open, without one of these tools. If you plan on buying this product you may need one.Not sure what it’s called, but it is used to open up laptop and cases, or you could find something like it lying around.

So when putting the case on the plast shell would not snap closed around it. It acted to small. But once i put the rubber over it its held shut and otherwise looks perfect. Otherwise i love this case exspecially the hand strap

I bought six of these cases for my six Galaxy Tab E 9.6"s. The front and back shells (under the blue rubberized exterior would not clip each other on two of the six. It's of note that I used this case and tablet with the SPARIN Ultra Clear High Definition Tempered Glass Screen Protector. Perhaps the screen protector pushed the front shell away from the back shell just enough to make it hard to grab each other. Nevertheless, the makers of this case should know users are going to protect the tablet with a screen protector. Even so, the blue rubber exterior held everything together on all six tablets.Probably more frustrating was that the case pushes the power and volume buttons randomly sometimes.This product needs to be redesigned.

Super secure item fits like a glove the only issue was I had to trim down power and the volume buttons once I did that it's been right as rain would definitely get this product again
