Q: I would like to know what is the difference between the stainless steel and copper condenser. Is one better than the other.

The cold water inlet and internal piping is larger diameter in the copper one. My stainless condenser plugged up after time. And it looks cool:)

Q: Can you recirculate the water or do you have to use tap water only

There are ways to recirculate if your creative but the issue would then be consistent temperature of your water. Don’t think it would be a good idea to recirculate.

Q: will this come with the water tubes ?

Yes. It comes with all the packing, the tubing, a regulater to hook up to your faucet, a digital thermometer, copper saddles, and de-foamer
