no it's pretty and fun... for hair & clothes!

it's reusable. You can easily open the bottle and add in a crushed highlighter or a loose glitter pigment.

Q: Is this product healthy for my lungs and the lungs of others?

I guess it is. You would have to ask the person that created the product. Just spray close to your skin and you should be fine.
