シュガークラフトの専門書です。花の作り方、その花を使ったデコレーションケーキ。シュガークラフトの知識があれば英文でも理解できる部分が多いので購入してよかったと思います。初心者の方には専門用語もあるので少し難解かもしれません。

乗ってる花の数は少ないし、ペーストも市販のものを使ってるのでレシピはのってません。

What a talent this lady has.Some of the designs I think I could manage, but by no means all of them. My thoughts are that this book is probably a delight to have as a reference book on the shelf, so that ones own ideas could be combined with her know-how.I think it is fair to say that this is a beautiful book that is worth owning and browsing, even if none of the cakes are ever made.

Lovely book for someone who has been to classes in cake and flower making in sugar paste. Not for the beginner. Beautiful sugar past flowers and so imaginative.
