In general black coffee has little caloric content, but if you make your Bulletproof Coffee in a blender and follow the recipe online, you double up on the coffee, so it's probably 2-4 calories for the coffee itself, but between 300-400 calories for the other items I mentioned.

Q: What is the typical expire date for bullet proof coffee beans? mine has an expiry date only 7 weeks after delivery date. is this normal?
