Exactly what I was looking for!
The CRKT knives are great but their pocket clips hang to low on the knife. What's weird is CRKT does not offer an OEM deep carry pocket clip. This one is perfect for my knife. I have the smaller M21-12G and it fits and functions perfectly for deep pocket, tip up carry. It took awhile to get but its perfect.
