一ヶ月飲んだ結果：何も味しません。水で混ぜて飲むと口の中に砂糖を食べている感じ、砂っぽい。いくら混ぜても溶けない。筋トレ前に飲んで少しだやる気や集中力がアップ！飲んだら必ず水分多めに取るのはおすすめ。
