Es mejor de lo que pense comparado con el precio, es liviana pero no es frajil, las regillas son de excelente calidad, la puerta cierra sin problemas, ponerla en marcha es super facil y me gusta que viene con un recetario con muchas ideas de alimentos diferentes deshidratados para preparar, sin duda la recomiendo

Después de tal solo una docena de usos, uno de los botones (+) ya no funciona correctamente.

I LOVE this dehydrator! But after 2.5 years the keypad just glitched out and stopped working. I emailed the company and told them what was going on. I was hoping I’d get some help but wasn’t sure i would bc the 2 year warranty had passed. I’m blown away by the excellent customer service. They were extremely quick to reply to my emails (much fast then i could reply to them!) and after sending the the requested photos and video, they sent me a brand new dehydrator in the mail! It arrived super fast too! And even right around Christmas! I’m very grateful. Especially with the lack of kindness and good customer service in the world now, it was such a pleasure to deal w this company!! Thank u again Cosori!

This dehydrator is great!! I returned other dehydrators, but not this one, it works great! Although I find that I have to keep my items in longer than the suggested temp and time (I live in Florida, so I guess because of the humidity) but it works great. I will not be returning this one.
