Is this pure? Some say 100% then list 10+% alcohol on ingredient label?

Monk drops only has one ingredient: Monkfruit extract. There is no alcohol. Our ingredients list is visible in the second image near the nutrition panel.

do these drops need to be refrigerated after opening?

On the 1.5 ounce bottles it states to refrigerate after opening. On the 8 ounce jug it states to keep in cold dry place and use within 90 days or refrigerate. I do not know what temperate constitutes "cold" to the manufacturer.
