the "good stuff"
we didn't want to pay the storage/ trucking company's prices for packing supplies. it was almost 2x as much than what we found online. based on pricing information I found, folks who move and pay the moving company for supplies are getting scammed - sadly that would mostly affect those who could least afford it, ie, not know the Internet or can't afford access.when the movers checked out the roll of shrink wrap we received, they said it was the right stuff and the "good stuff".the movers used it liberally to wrap our sofa, dressers, queen mattress, boxes with loose flaps, movable shelving parts, TV, etc etc. they used several tight layers and we had to use cutters to unwrap our things, because as we tried to tear through by hand, the plastic would stretch but wouldn't break. we also noticed the movers only used tape to seal the wrap on 1-2 items, the majority appeared to have the shrink wrap stuck to itself.if I had to move again, I would A) make a concerted effort to purge _beforehand_ (ugh) and B) purchase this product again. it did the job well and we still had a few feet leftover.one roll packed mostly large items from about a 3bdr home - if you are a pack rat, have a high number of large items, or a bigger home you will probably need more - it does depend on how many layers are applied, too. I provided our approximate number of rooms to give a rough idea on this size roll.

This wrap is working quite well for us. Much better product that the "80 mil" stuff from Ebay that turned out to be "pre-stretched". But enough about that.The reasons for the 4 star ratingPro:Good stretch wrap, 80 mil thickness not checked, but I'm not paranoid.Con:All too easy to disrupt the flow from the roll if it is dropped and the edge will tear.

Did what it was supposed to do
Package delivered fast. Product worked. I would recommend. I used it to wrap my furniture prior to moving it.The only reason I am not giving it a five is because it does not come with a handle of any sort so you need to either buy one to help wrap or substitute your hands which is not the easiest but possible.All in all I would recommend and would buy again when needed.

Product is 1500 sq. ft. not 1500 ft. long.
The product did the job I needed it to do. I wish it had been a little heavier mil. I understood that it was 1500 ft. instead it 1500 sq. Ft.

would have given a 5 star rating if not for the shipping time. very handy stuff and seems to be of good quality. one of the best prices found on amazon, just order well ahead of expected need and you will be very pleased.

You must have good grip and strength to pull so the film can stretched tightly. .
The Hand stretch film met the packing purposes and it is been use for moving.I really liked it.

Too thin & rips easy!
Great customer service and delivery was super fast. Unfortunately the stretch plastic wrap that I received was way too thin. It would rip easily so you need to wrap twice as much to get the same strength as other brands or thicknesses I've used in the past. I would definitely order from this company again but next time I would get a thicker plastic film.

It's good for what it is. I thought that I was ordering heat shrink wrap. NOT!!! But that was my fault for not reading better.
It works fine for stretch wrap but what I needed was heat gun shrink wrap. I'm keeping this because it would cost too much to return it since it's my fault for ordering the wrong product. It'll come in handy one day.
