They block the wind well.
I put these on when the temperature is in the 40's F or cooler, and am taking a 13 mile trip on my 2018 Honda PCX 150 scooter. I wear them over my dress pants, commuting to church. Since I don't want to roast in church, I don't wear long underwear. They block the wind off my legs very nicely. They are easy to put on and take off. They are very well made, but I hope the elastic straps last as long as the leg warmers.

Good quality for price!
Purchased for riding in the winter and I was NOT disappointed! The product is well-made and of quality materials. The thick insulating material helps keep the knee, calf area, and top of foot warm. I would definitely purchase again!

they fit me fine. the plastic fasteners need to be replaced by metal ones for durability. (they work ok for now, but I question their longevity).
