I love the soft attachments for shallower muscles. They work great on the back of the head when I have tension headaches. I own 3 of them now. One of them stopped working. Best massage gun I've purchaced to date. Well made & packaged, extention makes it far more versatile than others. Only issue is the two largest heads tend to shoot out when you remove from the body when on its highest speed. Other than that minor issue this would definitely be a 5 🌟 product.
