I purchased this a couple of months ago what I found is that it seemed to suppress nightly hunger so I have reduced my snacking after 6PM typically as recommended by most weight loss programs and guides ... I tend to just take one pill before I start to cook dinner if I remember and it seems to help overall. While I don't have chiseled abs or am not a slim as a slim jim I would say that I am not expecting it and surely not expecting it to work overnight with a little common sense and a lot of patience I think this could help any diet plan you have in place except for the all you can eat every meal diet this type of eating needs mental training of your own to get rid of you must first limit your eating and go hungry if you are eating 3 frozen pizzas or something crazy you will have to consult a physician or dietary professional but in truth the average person should see some results I have lost about 3lbs in the couple of months taking it while I hoped for more I don't really exercise or eat the most healthy all the time and I tend to forget to take a pill a couple of times a week on average. I guess it is hard to say just how effective this really is I suppose there could be a placebo effect or something involved or possibly other things I did not notice but I do notice it curbs my night time snacking so this is the most noticed thing so I would give it a 3.8 out of 5.0 stars it isn't a miracle pill but seems to do something.

I just went through all the 16 reviews that are listed for this product. Strange that each and every review gave 5 stars and never reviewed any other product on their Amazon account. (I clicked to read their other reviews and they had none!) I'd rather see no reviews than ones that are not real. I only gave one star just because of this. I'm hoping this stuff works and will post after I finish the one bottle I bought. I just started 6/5/13 and this is a 30 day supply. I chose this product because of the chromium ingredient which I know helps with weight loss in some way too. I'm taking one pill 3x a day for a total of 1500mg of Garcinia Cambogia per day.Like I said - I'll update in a month!Here's my update.I know it hasn't been a month but after taking this for a week I broke out on my face and neck, and retained water - gaining weight! I was very hopeful but I think I'm allergic to this stuff. I'm taking the company up on their money back guarantee and returning what's left of the product.My one star review stands! I would give the seller a 10 though because of his post reminding me I could return the product! I received the product fast and it was as described, it's not the seller's fault that I was allergic to it. I got my GC on the very day it was promised. I am very happy with this! I didn't really expect results, but I have lost 4 lbs in the first nine days. I started at 163lbs July 26th and now I'm 159lbs. I haven't changed anything in my diet, and all I do is take one pill 30-45 minutes before I eat anything and it works for me. Another bonus for me is I have Fibromyalgia and have suffered for the past 13 years and I swear on my life it has helped that immensely. I thought it was my imagination, but the last 3 days I have dropped my meds in half and I hardly have any pain at all. I know this isn't meant for Fibro, but it sure is doing something! I have been using this for about three weeks now. Does seem to help with hunger control and snacking. Has had no effect on my energy level or mood improvement (serotonin claims). Belly fat, uh? Not a huge improvement. Can't really tell you if I lost weight or not, don't own a scale. Clothes are fitting better. Might work better for others that exercise regularly and change their diets. The whole claim of still eating how you eat just doesn't fly with me. I bought 2 bottles and will keep on using it, but will put more effort into exercise and eating healthier. Will update if any major improvements.

The product was shipped very fast and was able to get it for a good price. I really wasn't sure if this product really would work, you hear good reviews but I don't really know if they are really true. I after trying if for a couple of weeks I have noticed my pants fit loser in the waist area and I haven't had much of an appetite. I'm not sure if I lost any weight because I haven't weighed myself but I know I have lost inches which is good too. I will reorder because I want to at least take the product for a couple of months.

I have only been taking the pills about three weeks so far. I have noticed a decrease in appetite especially sweets. Also I have noticed that I am having a slight increase in energy. I have had some weight loss (about 4 lbs.), but I have been excercising so I don't know if the weight loss was from that. I have not changed much about my diet. I have already ordered another bottle from Amazon. This time I ordered the Garcina Cambogia HCA 60% with Svetol Green Coffee Bean. I am anxious to see how this works for me.
