Yes, you need to take 2 servings in the morning and another at night, unless you are working out, then you take a serving then also. I'm starting with the 2 in the morning and one at night to see how my body reacts, then maybe I'll add in extra when lifting. So far, I can say that they have a weird smell but no taste, but they're pretty big to swallow all in one mouthful. I have not had any burps, stomach upset, or side effects yet. This is just the third day though. The one thing I noticed right away the first day is I usually crave food, but nothing in particular. I'm wondering if they're filling the needs of my body already because I don't notice that food craving... not sweet, not salty, but just "food". I'm hoping they're giving my body what it craves but wont tell me! haha. The only negative I see so far is they're a bit pricy, but i'm hoping the benefits outweigh that.

My wife and I take these tablets every day. She is recovering from cancer treatment and Perfect Amino has helped her regain strength, she was down to 88 pounds at one point, now she is back over 100. These tablets used to have a foul odor, several years ago. Then they came out with coated tablets that were very nice. Now the tablets are no longer coated, look closely at the label, the word coated is not there. The odor is not as bad as it used to be, but they are not as nice as the coated tablets. What bothers me is that the price dropped 15% if you sign up for regular deliveries on a subscription,… but what I subscribed to was not the same product as before. I cancelled the subscription and then I cancelled all my amazon subscriptions.

It seems most of us don't get enough protein. And as we age we tend to move to low fat food, tea and toast. Evidently, that's wrong! In my research, as we age we should have a much greater intake of protein than before. So we're trying to eat more protein. This is one way for us to intake protein and amino acids. I can only eat so much meat a day. And what they recommend, 100% grass fed meat etc, is all very expensive. But we do try to NOT eat beef that is fed genetically modified corn and soy that was also sprayed with TOXIC chemicals while in the ground. UGH. I think they don't care if they kill us as long as they make a TON of $.
