Great sound, easy to use and hook up to the Bluetooth. My daughter sings nonstop with it! Great quality and fun!

This product is completely unusable. The charging port is either defective or badly misaligned, and the USB cable provided (mini USB-B) does not fit into the port at all. There is no way to charge the microphone, which makes it pointless. I had to return it. I strongly advise against buying this microphone.

UPDATE!! I contacted customer support and they resolved my issue! They were quick to respond to me and the my microphone works perfectly now! Just in time for my event today! I’m so glad that I reached out to them!! I’m thrilled that I can applaud their service and amend my review to FIVE STARS! Great company and product! Never even got to use this for a special occasion because the return cancellation expired before my event. The USB cord will not charge. Guess I’ll just have to trash it and warn others because I didn’t realize it wasn’t charging until it was too late to order a different brand. Very disappointed.

A friend of mine suggested I purchase a microphone as a way to get me back into (what use to be) my passion for singing. I found this cute, rechargeable, Bluetooth featured mic @ Amazon. The most special part about this purchase is how much my 4 year old grand daughters love it. One can be a bit less talkative, but opened up singing one of her favorite songs. So sweet to see. My other granddaughter, unstoppable, since she's more the talker. What a great idea this mic has become.

Cheap product. Took 1 solid month to come in. Many other products out there that are better.
