Says alot without saying much at all. It talks in circles doesn't get to the point a bit confusing and convoluted. Too much info just tell us what to use and how to use it and how ot supposed to get rid of herpes.

We purchased the book to get rid of cold sores. I don't know how the protocol works for genital herpes. We purchased supplements from a health food store instead of making the shakes. It cost $125, but it was worth it for the convenience. There are enough supplements for more than one round of treatment if you wanted to split the cost with someone.
