#05 Lavender - Needloft® Craft Yarn 3 Pack 60 Yards (3x20yds)

I was so happy to find these. I use these to make scrubbies. 1 20 yard pack makes 1 scrubbie on my loom. Needleloft used to come in skeins about 100 yards. All I can find now are the 20 yard lengths. At least this is the REAL Needleloft plastic canvas yarn I used to buy. I won't use anything else.

This craft yarn is fairly rough (but easy to crochet with) and it makes excellent vegetable scrubbers and skin defoliators. It dries quickly, doesn't smell, and is machine washable, colorfast, lightweight, and very strong. My only complaint is that 60 yards is hardly anything in the crochet world and it took about 3/4 of that to make one decently-sized veggie/pot scrubber. A typical skein of yarn is 560 yards, so you can see you're not getting much with these 3 little cards. I paid $7.99 for each 3-pack (I bought a few colors). Come on, people, it's 100% nylon and I know that's cheap to make! It is made in the USA and I'm willing to pay extra for that. (But still, $7.99 is WAY too much.) I did try to find this product locally, but couldn't find a store that carried it.

I love using this yarn for plastic canvas projects. Even though it more expensive then regular yarn, the finished result is worth it.

you are the one place i know i can get this yarn. i know its designed for plastic canvas work but i use it to make dish scrubbies. i use them every day. i make them for gifts. so thank you for being there

It got here quickly. The burgundy craft yarn is going to look great on the project I'm working on.

Almost not red. Color tends toward fuchsia. If it hadn't said "Christmas red" I would never have known what color it really was.
