I was very displeased with the item's appearance when it first arrived. The vinyl had a lot of scratches.When it was time to use the vinyl, it cut and weeded well. I used a cameo 3 with the following settings:Blade 4Speed 5Force 10Pass 1Some problem came about when it was time for the cold peel but as the package stated, reheat and leave to cool. This step had to be done three times using a heat press machine.I'm only giving the vinyl a 3 star because of the scratches.

Pretty product, but does not heat press well. It’s hard to weed out as well.
