Works great
Works great. Comes with a bunch of attachments. Obviously if you have the new iPhone that doesn’t have a headphone jack you’ll need to have that attachment also. Great for interviews and podcasts. Is it super professional? No but for how cheap it is, I highly recommend it because it does the job. I think they should make it where you can have double mic attachment, maybe sell receivers because that would definitely make it even higher quality.

It isn't all that loud
Used mostly for communicating in online games. Quality is fine, but the volume is lacking, as I have had times where I could not be heard over some low volume sfx

it makes my son feel very professional
I bought this for my son who makes youtube videos and the video he made and uploaded you can barely hear what he is saying. I had him speaking normally assuming this mix would pick up his voice but it didn’t. he sounds louder without it.

Good lapel mic for a phone or laptop
Plugs straight into a smartphone (Galaxy / Android), to record voice.Good sound quality.Works best 250 - 300mm away from the mouth, placed lower on the chest - if you clip it on a lapel close to the mouth, you'll get a lot of high frequency sibillants (ss - sss -ss). Clipping it lower down rolls off the top end and gives a better sound.Needs voice record app on phone. Transfer the file onto a laptop or PC using Bluetooth or a USB data cable (not all cables work, **it needs a data cable**).

Slightly better than plug-in mics, but mind the cable.
This IS more effective than the three plug-in TRRS mics I tried and returned. It's still not quite as sensitive or effective as I'd hoped / would like, but better than the three plug-in mics or the phone mic itself, providing you clip it on close to your mouth and pointing in roughly the right direction.I'm recording videos with my Samsung Galaxy 9+ and now just have to avoid tripping on the cable.Cheers. excellent sound quality and great value
Easy to use - plug in a go. Very good sound quality. The only potentially confusing thing is - unplug mic when finished filming to hear the sound in video play back, otherwise you might think no sound was recorded.

Good but doesn't work with huawei normal camera
Thought it didn't work at first. The microphone doesn't work with huawei normal camera etc, you have to download a app but works with apple and others

Poor sound quality on my PC even when put through Audacity sound recording software
The sound quality was dreadful when plugged into my PC, you have to use an adapter (Supplied) to plug it into the mic input. I use Audacity software for my YouTube audio and that can normal sort out the background noise, but there was so much it even sounded bad after it was put through this. I also use a shotgun mic on the same software and the sound quality on that is great. It also only recorded in Mono on my PC.
