We bought this for our daughter who is admittedly a bit young to have one of these, but it matches mommy's 40 oz, so she loves it and drinks so much water with it. As with any little one she was less than super careful with it and dropped it on our concrete patio floor. The spout was opening it hit first, and so it broke off. I emailed the company and they requested additional information about how and where the bottle broke. Then they requested to send a new one to us at no charge, we didn't ask, they offered! To me this is going far and beyond what they need to do to provide great service and customer satisfaction. While I hope we won't need to purchase any new bottles for a while, we absolutely will be buying them from these guys when we do!

This is such a great water bottle and keeps water cold for multiple hours.
