I got some for my wife previously, as they simply looked comfortable.. I broke my R femur about a month ago and have been wearing those non-slip, hospital socks since. Looking at my wife's shoes: I thought?! My normal shoe size is 10.5 but my feet are swollen so I got these 11's. Perfect! I have been/will be in a wheelchair for a while and compared to 'hospital socks, these are more comfortable and help me truck along in the chair. These were a perfect buy for my circumstance. They look more like water shoes. They are wide and provide comfort that way but there is not a lot of padding.

Fit is perfect. They are extremely comfortable and soft. Feels like I am wearing knitted socks. Be careful on light colored carpet or tile, the black soles cause black rub marks.

These shoes are really nice for feet that swell, easily adjustable.
