HBL8752UC 30 800 Series Combination Oven with Speed Oven in Stainless Steel

I am a pretty experienced home chef and had been having issues with my oven. I haven't roasted a chicken successfully in a few months so I decided to get this new Bosch combination oven. I was concerned about giving up my double oven but I RARELY had two full ovens so I gave it a try. Tonight I used the Speed Chef setting to roast a 4+ pound chicken and it came out perfectly. I brushed it with some herb/garlic/green onion oil I made and followed the instructions. The chicken was perfectly cooked throughout, meat fell off the bone, and the skin was sufficiently crispy. And it took under an hour - 45 minutes cooking and 10 minutes resting. I also roasted cauliflower in the regular oven and love the speed preheat setting. I am hoping this model doesn't have issues like some other reviews have stated but am excited for my new setup for now.
