I received the AXV Vibration Plate Fitness Platform as a Christmas gift and I’m already excited about it after just two days of use. I started with the beginner program as recommended, and it’s been very approachable while still feeling effective. The unit feels sturdy and doesn’t move around. It feels like a great addition for strength, circulation, and lymphatic drainage. The vibration is strong but comfortable and there are different programs. I appreciate that it allows you to ease into things rather than jumping straight into an intense setting. It feels well made, stable, and easy to use right out of the box. Plug in, turn on and vibrate. I love that this is something I can use consistently at home without a huge time commitment. So far, I’m really happy with it and looking forward to progressing through the programs and seeing longer-term results. A thoughtful and motivating gift that I’m genuinely excited to keep using.

This machine works like a charm. The only (minor) drawback is if you have size 12.5 mens or larger feet, your feet may overhang by the heel or the toes depending on where you place your feet. That's really not an issue. Easy, intuitive displays. Vibration can be intense if you're not used to it. It appears to be well constructed and light enough to move anywhere in the house with ease. Would like to see a more secure way to fasten the electrical cord, but again, not really an issue - it doesn't come loose.

Where has this been all my life?!! I never knew I needed this until I got this product.It is nothing short of amazing. I say this because I work at home sitting the majority of my day, yes, I do have a standing desk but I find myself sitting down instead. I work off of 2 computers and 2 additional screens. So I have to have 4 screens app at all times. This vibration plate is a lifesaver about every hour I get up and do about 10 minutes on it. Standing on it, squatting, and then periodically throughout the hour. It helps me so much with circulation. My legs used to start hurting and starting to feel heavy a quarter the way through the day and now I could just put my feet on it turn it on and I don't even have to get up. I feel a hundred and ten percent better! I say, if you're a work at home employee, you need this. I've been looking at these for months and thought, oh, what do I need that for? Well, let me tell you, I will never be without one now that I've experienced it! The price is excellent in my opinion. This product is very solid, doesn't take up much room and it's the perfect size for me. For reference I am 5 6', 128 lbs. This also has a remote, which is a must, if you don't want to bend down whenever you want to switch gears. It's been working flawlessly, and I've been using it several times a day since I bought it and leg pain is gone. Highly recommend this product, if you're on the fence, just buy it. You'll see it's the product you never knew you needed in your life and then you're gonna wonder how you ever lived without it!

This definitely helps my muscles and pain. I have pretty bad hip pain and after a half hour or so just sitting on this makes a world of difference. I think it is more of a massage feeling than a workout. It's easy to use and has a ton of settings. It comes with some straps for an arm workout as well. It is a quality piece and I use it as a massage/relaxation tool. Great for muscle aches and pains! After use, I usually feel relaxed and energized! I have not lost any weight strictly due to this vibration plate.

I kept seeing these vibration plates all over social media and thought, “Yeah, right… another gimmick that’ll collect dust.” I figured it would be a waste of money and space, and I would lose interest in it, wishing I had saved the money. But after comparing models, I noticed something: the AXV Vibration Plate had a better foot design; those little “knobs” are positioned perfectly for stability and comfort. That’s what convinced me to try it, and honestly, I had no idea what I was about to experience. The first surprise? It’s quiet. No rattling, no jumping across the floor, no cheap whirling or knock-off brand feel. It has large suction cups that keep it firmly in place (mine’s on tile). The build quality feels solid, not flimsy like some others I’ve seen online. My first session was short, about 1.5 minutes twice in one day, because I wasn’t sure how my body would react. I even got a little dizzy from wearing glasses (pro tip: if you have an astigmatism or vertigo, take off your glasses). I used my hands to support my head just because I felt "headachy at first". Later that day, I noticed ear drainage (from my throat), and the next morning, my legs felt like they’d had a mini “leg day.” By day three, I started exploring the settings and tried the Yoga mode, eyes closed, wide stance, and could feel my body adjusting and aligning in places that definitely needed it. My body felt where adjustments were needed (spin, etc), and I did exercises to help adjust them while on the vibration platform. Then I experimented with a standing Yogo setting meditation session on it… and wow. It’s surprisingly relaxing when you least expect it! I use it without shoes; it’s comfortable. As someone with kidney-related swelling in one leg, I noticed real improvement. I may be able to wear my new boot on that foot (which currently doesn't fit, but the other foot fits fine), and I may even need a smaller compression stocking now. That alone made it worth every penny. It gives me that “alert and ready feeling” in just minutes a day. I bought one for my sister (arriving in two days) after she and others have been asking me about my post on social media about it. If you’re on the fence like I was, I get it. But this one? It’s the real deal; quiet, durable, and genuinely effective. You can use it daily, whether you’re working out, meditating, or just trying to feel better in your own body. I sit for 10-14 hours a day at work. I don't prioritize exercise, and my diet could definitely use improvement. Now that I've experienced the potential results that my body is sharing with me, I have the desire to make changes in my life to align reality with how my body feels. Meditation while exercising? Who would have thought? It also comes with hand-resistant band pulls. However, as I mentioned, I'm not particularly into exercise. I can see myself trying them in a few weeks though... Oh, and one seriously funny piece of advice. Use the bathroom beforehand!

So far no issues with the product. I've read tons of reviews on many different brands and they mostly indicate all of them have glitches and are expensive for what they are. I'm using it for the lymphatic system. I'm not expecting miracles. I feel like it's a modern version of the 1960's belt machines 🤔.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.
