I'll start off with my measurements for other people to compare to. I'm a 38DD with wide shoulders and 18" arm circumference at the widest point. This is another purchase I have made to help keep my skin tight while I lose a lot of weight, and this arm shaper is perfect for my goals. This arm shaper is amazing. It completely smoothes out my arms and takes 2" off the circumference while I'm wearing it. It has a wide strap at the under bust and a strap that goes across the chest to hold everything in place perfectly, and the straps have a nice padding to them for added comfort. With such big arms, I did have to struggle to get it on (as expected), but once I have it on, it's SO comfortable. It's strange to see my arms all smoothe and non-flabby. The distance across the shoulders is tight on me because I have wide shoulders, but I can still wear it comfortably. I highly recommend this product for arm shaping even if you're on the big side like I am right now.
