Nicely presented in its smart box and package. Very good instructions but I did put it on upsidedown first. The brace is well made and has two extra separate velcroed pads to put around the brace in the underarm areas. I have only worn it twice so far but will be wearing it regularly now, building up the 'wear time'. It does hold my shoulders back putting them into a better position and creating better posture. I will be able to comment future after wearing it longer.
