Can I load windows on this drive and use it to boot another computer?

Yes you can, but have to go through a detailed process, on e done, don't update. Windows is not supported that way.

I got the t7 shield but on the samsung magician app, it is said that the device has a usb 3.2 gen 1 interface (5 gb/s) not gen 2 interface (10 gb/s)?!

If Magician recognizes T7 Shield then the device is genuine, but since it said the interface is USB 3.2 Gen1 interface, then you have to check whether your PC/lapdop does not support USB 3.2 Gen2 or not.

what is the dram and tbw for the 1 tb version?
