I give this saw my highest recommendation!
This is the most powerful, best built chainsaw I have ever seen or used, much lest owned. I will never regret making this purchase. The tree I just cut down with it was 38" at the base and over 70' tall, hard oak. It never even strained the saw at all.

Workhorse, old school power!
Handles break very easily and a hard start but once started it’s a powerful sound.purchase extra handles.

Powerful, inexpensive work horse
Just as I was hoping for. Farmmac 070 with 42 inch bar. Came in two shipments Bar and chain in one, powerhead in other. 2 days apart. As far as starting goes, my way of pull twice, pull choke 1/2, pull sputter, push choke in and start. Using the enclosed starting direction flooded it out. I don't use compression release, or lock the trigger. So far starting is easy. WARNING: HOLD PULL HANDLE TIGHTLY, IT HURTS WHEN YANKED OUT OF YOUR HAND. I use the pump oiler alot. Oil is cheap, bars/chains not so much. The saw feels good not like most of the knockoffs. Just keep in mind this is based on 1970s technology. It's a little slower, heavier, and consumes more fuel than its modern equivalent, at 1/4th to 1/5th the price. Maybe not for a professional but for me with ten 50 plus inch diameter trees to drop and cut up, this is perfect. Picture is 53 in diameter fir tree.

Absolute Beast!
I purchased this chainsaw for an Alaskan mill. So far I have cut six logs that were 25 to 35 inches in diameter. This thing is an absolute beast! Pounds right through every slab I’ve done so far just gotta make sure the chain is really sharp. It does guzzle fuel so every time I make a cut, I want make sure it has a full tank. The company was great on customer service. They emailed me after about two weeks asking if my purchase was going well. To my surprise after the call, they sent me a free electric chainsaw sharpener. This is what actually inspired me to make this review. I would say the only slide downside is that the chain tensioning device is located next to the bar. Making it a little bit challenging to tighten the chain when it is on the Alaskan Mill. Other than that, this thing is an absolute beast!

Works great!
Wish I bought the 42" bar as I will only be using this for larger cuts and the price difference wasn't much. Works great took out a 3ft dia oak tree and cut up all the large pieces and a few other 18" dia pine trees on first weekend. It does get more power after a few tanks of fuel. Not the fastest but for the price so far best value for my use.

Chainsaw
I have stihl chainsaws i bought this one so I could cut big logs and not use my stihls. Have to say surprisingly has gone very well. It is actually a good say I'm cutting 45 inch rounds with no problem at all.

Great!
Used it once for 3 hours so far with my Alaskan mill. The saw is great. It loves gas and bar oil so make sure you have plenty when you get to the job site. Update: I have ran this saw for roughly 40hrs and it is a work horse. No problem.
