Filters look nice and is the only place I can find this size to fit my system. Unfortunately they came completely damaged and saturated with water. Tried to let them dry and use them but they won’t pull back and won’t seal in the system properly.

Very happy with filters!

This is my second time ordering them. Two in a box, in good condition (no damage) but thought last time they were individually plastic wrapped which I would have preferred to keep them clean. However these say they are made in USA (very important for safety), are pre-assembled for easy install, and are MERV 13 rated for my families asthma health. I change mine twice a year (at daylight savings time spring/fall as a reminder) but if you keep your floors and home regularly clean and have no pets you should get a year with a filter. Minor update (oct 2020) - I wish the filters themselves had a label that they were Merv13 rated - they just have the size printed on them.

These filters work well as replacements to the old Aprilaire accordion filters. They are much easier to install and do a better job of trapping airborne particles.
