Just about the average height of a 4-5 year old. 2 kids can sit in comfortably. Roof is made of impermeable cloth, so overhead fan air will not reach inside. Supporting rods are thin. This structure can break with some effort so handle with care. But the printing on the house itself is quite attractive and detailed. My kid like it.

Missing and broken items
Most of the items are missing or broken .Very much disappointed with the product delivered today . Absolute wastage of time. Amazon for the first time disappointed me and snatched my happiness as I had ordered the product for the birtHday of my daughter!! Very much disappointed 😭😭Wastage of Money n Time
