I bought this set of crows, along with a set of fake owls. After placing them around our yard, the whole flock of annoying blackbirds that have tormented us, our cats, and nice birds left the neighborhood after a few days. These things worked when nothing else would. No more strafing our cars and driveway with poop and no more dive bombing and heckling of our cats. Our cats are outdoor cats who are great hunters, but the birds always get away. (Apparently, they frown on shooting BB guns and bottle rockets in town. Who knew?!?) I don’t know where the horrible, evil flock went, and I don’t care. It’s a bit expensive for the two sets, but it’s well worth it The crows are very realistic, even freaking people out. Just be sure to lay them where the flying demons can see them, and move them every few days. Some of the best money I have ever spent. Below are the owls I bought. Very sturdy. The crows are smaller than a real crow. They really don’t have a tail. I doubt they will fool a real crow. Just because you hang it doesn’t mean it looks like a dead crow, which was the whole point to scare away crows. They don’t look like their pictures. Not worth the money!

I live on an 1.25 acre lot with a 1200 sq ft chicken yard. After years of having the chickens there the crows finally found them. The crows eventually figured out how to get into the coop and were stealing the eggs on a regular basis. It was a race each day trying to beat them to the coop. I bought these fake birds out of desperation and just assumed I would be returning them. WOW was I wrong. I hung one bird upside down on the fence post. The crows stayed away for about 3 days. As the instructions stated I move the fake bird to another location for another 3 days. The crows stayed away again. I had to do this a total of 3 times before the crows got the measure to stay away. For a month they stayed totally off my property. Now they are just getting a little bold again so I will be moving the fake crow again. Can't believe this worked for me.

Came on time, but didn’t have any effect on our blackbirds!
