Very sour

The strawberries work well in my morning cereal, whether in oatmeal or shredded wheat. Of course, they don't take the place of fresh berries, but they come in handy when fresh ones aren't available. My granddaughter likes eating them as a snack. These also work well in smoothies!

A bit disappointed bought the number 10 can and smaller bag for ease of storing. Please not you get 35 years on the can only 5 years or less on the bag. So if looking to add for longer term stick with cans. The bag came ok doesn’t feel like it’s a powder but actual strawberry slices. Gave 3 star because product doesn’t explain difference in shelf life cost same per ounce bag vs can so way pricey for the bag

Very happy to be able to get these packages 9n sale! Of course they won't last their years long shelf life, bec they'll be divvied up in cereal or smoothies within weeks.

Recently my youngest son requested a strawberry banana milkshake cake for his birthday (right?!) and I found a recipe that called for freeze dried strawberries that you pulse in a food processor and add to the frosting. It was AMAZING! My regular grocery store didn't carry any sort of freeze dried strawberries so I turned to Amazon to save the day again and they did. It's a great product to add a natural color and flavor of strawberries to pretty much anything. Highly recommend!
