Very comfortable sleep mask. Best I've ever used. The padding around the eyes is more than enough and it's extremely comfortable. It has also got better the more I've used it as the foam padding has softened a little. Nice travel pouch which doubles as a washing cover that has the washing instructions on it. The padding hits all the right pressure points around the eyes without actually being on the eyes and I certainly feel like it helps me sleep whilst blocking out light from the room. The strap makes for the perfect fit and it is very easily adjusted with a soft velcro like connection but doesn't snag on anything at the same time. Great item for the price and I would buy again (and have bought as a gift for my wife too).

Really comfortable, completely blacks out light and easy to adjust. I knocked off a point due to the fact it’s a bit chunky on the edges which isn’t great when sleeping on my side. They should have tapered from the middle to the edges. But otherwise great.

I don’t think this WHOOP sleep mask is worth the price. It’s marketed as “side-sleeper friendly,” but in my experience it isn’t. When I sleep on my side, it gets pushed by the pillow, shifts out of place, and becomes uncomfortable. The blackout performance is only average—there’s slight light leakage around the nose bridge and edges in a room with any ambient light. The materials and build quality are fine, but the fit, light blocking, and side-sleeping comfort don’t justify the cost. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want true blackout or a stable mask for side sleeping.

Not worth it. Cheaper masks stay on better. Can’t get this one to stay on whatever I do. Attracts fluff and hard to clean.

This mask is amazing and really does the job. It’s super comfortable, and the material feels high-quality. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep duration and overall recovery since I started using it. The only small issue is that a bit of light still gets through, even when I tighten it properly — but that’s something easy to fix. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

Super comfy and I have felt and seen very real results using the sleep mask. A lot of people complain about the strap in the back, which basically means they didn’t want to spend a the time adjusting it to a proper fit. It comes with a neat little baggie that you can use to put it in the wash.

Gift for my husband and he loves it. It helped him score better on this sleep. Not too heavy and blocks out light. He likes that it comes with a travel/ wash pouch.
