Have been ordering this for a while now. Recently the packaging was changed without prior warning from glass to plastic, and the ghee is also more “runny” so it’s more like oil than butter at the same ambient temperature (see pics). Would likely stop ordering as a result

Love this ghee. Such a great rich savory flavor. I use it often to cook with. I tried this in my coffee once, but I couldn't get past the "beefy" flavor it added to it. It tasted like I poured a rich beef broth in my coffee, which had peppermint mocha creamer by Nut Pods (that stuff is yummy also!) in so it didn't go well... at all lol. I wouldn't recommend it for coffee unless you like beefy flavored coffee. It's great to use for savory meals! Especially for steaks! Pros: Pasture-Raised Non-GMO Grass-Fed Ghee Butter Great to cook with! I recommend using this one for savory dishes. Keto-Friendly! Cons: Not very good in coffee (this one anyway lol) because of the beefy flavor it adds. Would I recommend this? Absolutely!

Great butter flavor. I have tried several other brands of ghee and this is the best for flavor. I use it when I want a butter flavor on foods that require high heat because it doesn’t burn like regular butter. I really enjoy it on popcorn because it doesn’t shrink the popcorn like regular butter. love it to dip seafood in.

I am very particular about the quality of any dairy product and this ghee is truly superb: creamy, exquisitely aromatic, and flavorful. We use it for almost anything in our diet. Adding ghee to the oatmeal or to any other hot cereal makes it creamy and satisfying; just makes my day. ;-) Frying eggs or stir-frying vegetables with ghee is incomparably more delicious than using any oil for that purpose. We also like to melt it over a freshly backed hot apple cobbler. Sooo good! While dairy product can be proinflammatory and may impact digestion (I myself is sensitive in both cases), my love affair with ghee seems to bring only benefits and no problems at all. You might like it too. Highly recommend!
