Bamboo Tea - Rich in Organic Silica- for Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails- 30 Day Challenge!

I damaged my 4C hair with getting a relaxer at the salon back in December 27th 2019 after two years of going natural and my hair thinned out and the ends are stringy. I am currently transitioning but without the big chop. I plan on drinking this tea everyday for the next six months consistently and then get my hair washed blow dried and the dead ends trimmed. And then every three months after that get my relaxed ends trimmed until I am full natural while continuing to drink this tea. I really like this tea I am able to drink it straight with no added sweater. The first 22 days of me drinking this tea I drank it EVERYDAY I never missed a day and I made 2 water glasses full of the tea so I would drink about two 16.9 fl oz water bottles of this tea. After the first 22 days it became a habit and I wanted to up my water intake. I started drinking 5 water bottles full of this tea. I brew one large batch of this tea in the pot and let it cool down every morning and then I pour the tea into my 64 oz insulated water bottle and it keeps the tea warm all day. I drink it through out the day and that is how I make sure I am drinking the recommended amount of water plus getting my silica intake so I'm basically killing two birds with one stone. IF you want your hair to grow you have to keep your body hydrated.( You will know that your body is hydrated by the color of your urine it should be clear color.) I never missed a day of drinking this tea and I am on my second bag and my 4C hair has grown and gotten THICKER and less shedding that is why I ordered a second bag. You have to be consistent if you want to see results because the silica has to build up in the body. When I was almost done with my first 30 day bag I went to reorder my next 30 day bag and it was unavailable. I did not want to go even one day without the bamboo tea so I order beautiful bamboo loose leaf tea while I waited for the tea bags to come back on stock. I drank the loose leaf tea for three days until my next 30 day supply of tea bags arrived,now I am back on the tea bags. I do not like the loose leaf bamboo tea the color is a dark color almost like a Lipton ice tea color and the flavor is not the same but I still drank 64 ounces of it while I waited for this one to show up. I really like this tea a lot and what it did for my hair that I plan on continuing making a large batch of it every morning before I go to school once the quarantine is over and universities open back up. I am currently in nursing school but I will be taking my 64 ounce water bottle filled with bamboo tea with me to class and to clinical as well as to my job (work at a nursing home as a nursing assistant) and drink it throughout the day. That is how much I like this tea. Also this tea has helped with my skin it cleared up my dark spots caused by pimples that were on my face and gave me an overall glow. Before drinking this tea, I went to Ulta Beauty and the girl saw I had acne scars and she talked me into buying some expensive cream set I used it and it did not work for removing/fading the scar. After one week of drinking the tea my acne scars on my forehead faded about 80%. Last thing I want to add, currently this tea has went unavailable again on amazon. Once I get half way done with my second bag if its not back in stock on amazon I plan on reordering my third bag directly from the beautiful bamboo website. I don't play when it comes with this tea. LOL- try the tea and be consistent with it and you will eventually see results. I will post pictures once I get to six months mark.EDIT: 08/03/2021 My new growth grew in so STRONG and I grew ALOT of thick hair the only problem is the relaxed ends could no longer handle the new texture and my relaxed ends because they were damaged started to fall out just with a little tug but my new growth was STRONG like no one business. I went ahead and did the BIG chop at home because I could no longer stand the relaxed ends and it was holding me back. With the relaxed ends and drinking this tea my hair was a little past my armpit in the front. I cut off ALL the relaxer and I'm now at collar bone length. Health over length. For some time, I heard about the benefits of bamboo leaf tea and hair growth. Last month, I finally decided to give this product a try. My order arrived on time and in good condition. As per instructions, I drank a cup of tea every day until I ran out.Prior to, my hair was already in great condition. I have naturally thick, relaxed hair. When I first started drinking this tea, my hair was bra strap length. I really wanted to get optimal results, so before conducting my little experiment, I put my hair in box braids. During the week, I oiled and massaged my scalp with a mixture of rosemary and castor oil, and washed my scalp 1-2 weeks with a sulfate-free shampoo.Within one week, I noticed growth to the front edges of my hair. And as time went on, my new growth of hair rapidly grew out of the braids. I had to keep using edge tamer and gel throughout my hair to keep my braids looking cute lol.By the end of my experiment, when I took out my braids, I was truly amazed at how my hair felt! Like I said, my hair is already pretty thick, but my gosh, it was even THICKER than normal. Honestly, I expected to see results, but I was not expecting for it to get so THICK. (But I love it!) I haven't touched up my hair as yet, but I did an unofficial length check and now my hair is middle back length. 🤗🤗 For the last week, I've been letting my hair breathe from the braids. I've been keeping it in a bun and it was a CHALLENGE getting it up into one. Usually I wouldn't have to touch up my hair with gel or edge tamer until a few days, but my hair didn't last a day in the bun! Yes, my hair definitely did grow, but I'm more impressed with the thickness this product give me!**Please note, as I have mentioned, my hair was already pretty healthy. I typically wash and deep condition 1-2 a week. I oil and massage my scalp with a homemade oil mix. I do not drink sodas and rarely drink juice. Water is 95% of what I typically drink. I eat lots of fruit, veggies, and oats. I also exercise 4-5 times a week. I take a liquid supplement once a day.**I'm pretty consistent with my routine and that alone produces consistent results. My hair typically grows anywhere from 3/4 inch to an inch a month, steadily. Now, with the bamboo leaf tea, I've noticed a minimum of 1 1/2 to 2 inches a month.My goal is waist length (and probably longer lol), so I will continue to incorporate this product in my regime. Been drinking this daily for about 3 months now. No joke, I had like, 5 eyelashes on each of my lower eyelids. Notice I said had - past tense - because Beautifully Bamboo fixed that! I originally ordered a bag of BB tea when I heard about the benefits of the natural silica it contained. I also wanted some sort of warm drink to start my day, but hot chocolate gives me stomachache, coffee makes me unbearably dizzy, and tea makes me run to the bathroom. I tried some of those fruit flavored, uncaffeinated teas, but the taste....*shudder*.... and I'm not about to dump a bunch of sugar/honey/sweetener in there first thing in the morning. Then I found Beautifully Bamboo. LOVE the taste, and unless you count full lashes and strong nails as unwanted side effects, there aren't any. I ran out of my first bag after like, a week, because I couldn't get enough. Picked up some Uncle Lee's bamboo tea to tide me over. DON'T DO IT. Bland, bland, bland! And gave me stomach upset after a few days. Makes me wonder just how 'organic' it really is. Pay extra and stick with Beutifully Bamboo, people. This stuff is the real deal.

This tea has a STRONG flavor -- earthy. It seems to work because my nails and hair get thicker and longer after using for about 2 weeks. My stylist even said "you have a lot of hair growth". I drink it every other day. I brew a cup and drink it straight. When I can't take the straight flavor I mix a tea bag with my regular black tea bag and brew together for a more tolerable taste. It's not bad, just different.
